In the same month, Jiadian Co., Ltd. independently developed the YJKS1120-4 type 30,000KW high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor, marking a breakthrough in domestic high-power 4-pole motor technology. This product, through innovative technologies such as stator topology optimization and rotor binding and restraint band winding, has A power density 20% higher than that of similar domestic products. The vibration value is as low as 0.8mm/s, and the noise is controlled at 78dB (A). The key indicators have reached the international advanced level. Its rotor is made of high-strength alloy non-magnetic materials and, in combination with Schenck G0.4 grade precision dynamic balancing equipment from Germany, can achieve stable operation at an ultra-high speed of 4000rpm, providing core power for heavy industries such as metallurgy and petrochemicals.
